dc.description.abstract Photocatalytic degradation of textile diazo dye Naphthol Blue Black with Ce(1-x)Fe(x)O(2) (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 1.0) has been carried out in presence of sunlight. The effects of variation of different parameters like pH, amount of catalyse, presence of oxygen, etc., on the rate of degradation of dye have been studied. Solid state properties such as surface area, magnetic susceptibility, ESR and electrical resistivity have been correlated with the photocatalytic activities. en_US
