dc.description.abstract Physico-chemical characteristics and zooplankton density, at three sites, along the south west coast o f India, were studied for two seasons viz., summer and post monsoon. The samples were collected, once in a month, at all the three sites. Copepods were the most dominant group in both the seasons and at all the three sites. Comparison of summer and post monsoon seasons revealed highest zooplankton density in summer season. en_US
