dc.description.abstract Social justice is an aspiration of the Indian constitution to achieve those objects in its preamble. The Indian Republican constitution based on the four Principal pillars namely democracy, social justice, federalism and secularism. It is said that the social justice was a doctrine of social philosophy. Through social justice and political justice were secured the equality and liberty. This present research has relied upon various research articles, law books, law journals and Supreme Court Cases. en_US
