dc.description.abstract Genus Veriniculariopsiclla Bender is briefly reviewed in this paper. Three new species, V. elegans, V. parva and V, indica, producing solitary, cylindrical, straight or slightly curved, smooth, aseplate, thick-walled, colourless, phialoconidia with rounded ends at the tip of conidiogenous cells arranged in palisade manner in setose sporodochium, recovered as litter and endophytic fungi from various plant species in India, are added. A taxonomic key is provided to the species in the genus.
