Abstract:

Solid solutions of NH4+ in Cs2WS4 and Rb2WS4 are obtained by precipitation/crystallization from aqueous solutions. By means of N-14, Rb-11, and Cs-133 magic angle spinning NMR, compositions and extraordinarily accurate NH4+-site preferences are established for these materials.
