dc.description.abstract This paper focuses on the internationalization of companies and mode of entry choice when entering a new market, with a focus on the Indian IT industry. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the most acknowledged theories on internationalization and develop a new model that can be tested on different companies to see the applicability. However, all theories were a base for the development of our model. The purpose of the model is to explain industries' entry mode decision. We conducted a survey to test the model and received a good support on the model.
