dc.description.abstract This research investigates the relationship between Gender, Marital Status and Organizational Role stress among medical doctors in Goa. Ten types of role stress were measured using ORS scale. The total sample of 454 was divided on the basis of Men and Women Doctors for gender analysis, and Married and Unmarried for Marital status. Two hypotheses were tested using t- test. Results revealed significant difference in Gender and Marital status analysis.
