dc.description.abstract The performance management system has been considered as the most significant system in the organization. This research will study the relationship between performance management system and organization performance. The aim of this study is to explore the possible relationship between use of Performance Management and the Organization performance of manufacturing and service firms in India. In this research, a survey is conducted using a questionnaire, in an International corporate HR conference where most of senior HR executives/ Managing Director/proprietors have attended, and a sample of such executives is included in the study. SPSS 16 software is used to analyse the data and interpreted using tools like factor analysis, Regression etc.
