dc.description.abstract	While there is general agreement that the SME market is significant in size and importance, there is considerable variation in their definition around the world. In India, micro, small and medium enterprises as per MSMED Act, 2006 are defined based on their investment in plant and machinery (for manufacturing enterprise) and on equipment for enterprises providing or rendering services (Verma, 2016).	en_US
