We studied the pollination ecology of Rhamphicarpa longiflora to answer the following questions: (1) What is the phenology? (2) Are moths the sole legitimate pollinators? (3) Is the species self-pollinated or crosspollinated? (4) Does corolla play any role in self-pollination? (5) Why does the species adopt self-pollination?
