Abstract:
Sonhos ao Sol, Songs in the Sun, Songes au Soleil, Swapna Surya is a poetic recreation spanning six languages: Portuguese, English, French, Hindi, Konkani, and Marathi. Through verse and art, it embodies Aquino and Silvia's vision of speaking a new language each day, reaching out to others, and bridging distances between people, one step at a time, one word at a time.
